The Ghost Runner is a 5km fun run through Parkhurst Forest on Friday the 29th of October.
Staged after dark, runners will follow a well marked, offroad course lit by head torch, while the spooky atmosphere will be enhanced by the Halloween theme. Fancy dress is actively encouraged and prizes will be awarded for our favourite costumes!
The entry fee also includes a light dinner after the run, with proceeds going to Aspire Ryde.
This fun, non-timed event, and is suitable for all levels – walking is acceptable!
Run to raise funds for Aspire Ryde. Aspire Ryde is a community hub, providing services throughout the week in a redundant church building which now buzzes with activity.
Registration and signing in is from 5.30pm – there is a briefing at 6.50 and the run starts at 7pm.
Torches/Headtorches are required.
